Frank Kroncke received permission to appear as attorney-pro-se to argue his federal appeal. He was assisted by appellate lawyer, Charles Bisanz, Jr. United States Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit 459 F.2d 697 (1972). Part of this appeal was partially published as, “Resistance as Sacrament” Cross Currents (XXI, #4, Fall 1971).
